We accept most major insurance plans including:
When you schedule your appointment with us, we will ask for your insurance information. We will verify and check your insurance coverage prior to your appointment. Please let us know if you require a referral.
When you arrive dor your appointment, please bring a valid insurance card with you. Co-pays are due at the time of service.
HMO Coverage:
For patients whith HMO plans, consult with your primary care physician and ask for a referral to Advanced Regional Center for Orthopedics & Podiatry for evaluation and management of your specific problem or condition.
Because some insurances do require a physician referral, itis the patient's responsibility to obtain that referral prior to your appointment at our office. Failure to have a valid referral may result in the rescheduling of your appointment.
No Insurance:
If you do not have insurance, Advanced Regional Center for Orthopedics & Podiatry will provide you with an estimated cost of the initial visit prior to your appointment. Please contact our billing department at (814) 940-1572.
